I just love the title of this book: Good To Great, by Jim Collins

This Friday, September 7th, we will kick off Forum 4 of our 12 month coaching programseries with a forum dedicated to Planning Your Strategy. At each forum our clients and guests work with us one-on-one to learn about business planning so they can get results in their business. Each month we recommend a book to compliment the forum topic and this months selection will be Good To Great.  Jim Collins is a student and teacher of qualities that contribute to enduring, great companies — how they grow, how they attain superior performance, and how good companies become great companies. Having invested over a decade of research into the topic, Jim has authored or co-authored four books, including the classic, Built to Last, a best seller that has been translated into 29 languages. Collins books have been fixtures on the Business Week best seller list for more than six years. His work has been featured in Fortune, The Wall Street Journal, Business Week, Harvard Business Review, and Fast Company.
