Abundant Living

Abundant Living

Do your thoughts ramble? Do you ever wonder am I the only one with these thoughts? In and out, in and out? Do you clutter your mind with needless thoughts that only make you feel worse? Do you ever think does anyone know I am struggling? Can they see it on my face, in my voice, in my words or in my actions? Live today abundantly, seeing all there is to see, doing all there is to do. Don’t be distracted by future concerns. Each day of life is a glorious gift but so few people know how to live within the confines of today. Much of their energy for abundant living spills over the time line into tomorrow’s worries or our past regrets. Our only remaining energy is sufficient only for limping through the day, not for living it to the fullest. I lost a friend in November to cancer, he was 38 years old, with a wife and children. Within less than a year he died. A man who never seemed to let clutter slip into his thoughts he was full of life! His death reminds me to live everyday with an abundant attitude and to not clutter my mind with thoughts of worry.
